Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we’re dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our items. You can find available delivery options for each item on its product page, and you’ll be able to select your preferred option at Checkout. 


Shipping Locations

We ship to destinations within the continental United States (i.e. the lower contiguous 48 states of the US.) We do not ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • P.O. boxes or military APOs


Shipping Fees

All our orders are shipped for FREE.

Items are divided into two categories for shipping: small items and large items. You may choose to upgrade qualifying large items to one of our premium delivery options. Please note that the available options may differ by item.


Shipping Small Items

Deliveries will be made by UPS. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, write a note with the delivery date and place it on your door. Include your name, request, and tracking number.


Shipping Methods 

All available shipping options will be listed in cart, but here’s a breakdown of when you can expect your package.

Time frames that include filling the order and delivery:

  • Overnight Shipping: Within one business day.
  • Expedited Shipping: Within two business days.
  • Ground Shipping: Within three to seven business days.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped the next day. Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.


Small Item Shipping Costs

  • Overnight Shipping: $99.99.
  • Expedited Shipping:$49.99.
  • Ground Shipping: Free.

 

Shipping Large Items


Delivery Options

  • Threshold Delivery
    The delivery is completed through the front door of the residence or commercial location (and for commercial locations, such service can include delivery to the location’s receiving dock). The Shipment will be delivered in its original packaging and no assembly of the item being shipped will be provided. The driver or other delivery-persons for the Carrier will have no responsibility to move the Shipment into the Consignee’s home or business, nor will such persons assist with the unpacking or setup of the items in the Shipment. The Consignee is expected to inspect the packaging and the Shipment when the driver or other delivery-persons for the Carrier are onsite and to indicate any irregularities, damage or loss in the Proof of Delivery and the Client (if the Client is not the Consignee) is responsible for ensuring that the terms of its arrangement with the Consignee mandate this. Deliveries will be scheduled with the Consignee and a signature will be required for the Consignee to accept the Shipment. 

 

  • White Glove with Packaging Removal
    Delivery is made when the Shipment is placed in the Consignee’s room of choice within the residence or business. This may include carrying the Shipment up to two flights of stairs from the front door of a residence or a commercial location (and, in the case of a commercial location, receiving dock). The Shipment will be unpacked and the packaging will be removed. Deliveries will be scheduled with the Consignee and a signature will be required to accept the Shipment. 

 

  • White Glove with Light Assembly
    Delivery is made when a Shipment is placed inside the Consignee’s residence or commercial location and to the Consignee’s room of choice. This may include carrying the Shipment up to two flights of stairs from the front door of a residence or a commercial location (and, in the case of a commercial location, receiving dock). The Shipment will be unpacked, light setup not exceeding 30 minutes will be performed, and packaging will be removed. Light setup includes the use of basic tools. For example, (1) parts may be screwed or bolted together, (2) set next to each other, or (3) on top of each other. Deliveries for this service will be scheduled with the Consignee, and a signature of the Consignee will be required to accept the Shipment. 


Large Item Shipping Costs

  • Threshold Delivery: Free*
  • White Glove with Packaging Removal: $99.99
  • White Glove with Light Assembly: $149.99*


Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our standard free shipping policy. Any shipping charges or exceptions will be detailed in your cart prior to checkout.


Sales Tax

Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.
